"We hold these truths to be self-evident that --
•All men are created equal,
•They are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights,
•Among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
•To secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed --
"That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. "...whena long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security."
Thesame admonishment applies to America's self-serving religious institutions. All bible-based religions violate the teachings of Jesus Christ as incorporated into the U.S. Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution. That is "A Matter of Fact".
The U.S. Constitution
Whichcreated a political/legal structure that could deliver and protect the Promises made in the Declaration of Independence.
The structure of the U.S. Constitution follows the English Common Law's Concept of Contracts, which is the basis for today's U.S. Contract Law. The U.S. Constitution is, in fact, an enforceable Contract between "We the People" and their government, at any level -- local, state or national.
ThePreamble + Bill of Rights + Amendments described the Peoples' expectations from their government = the "pro Quo" of a contract.
The Preamble -- "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."

NOTE:10th Amendment: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." There are no "States' Rights"--
• "powers" are not "Rights"
• "to the States or to the people..." does not establish a State's superiority over the people. In fact, any State that does not offer its residents/citizens "Initiative, Referendum, Recall" violates the U.S. Constitution.
TheSeven Articles = the "Quid pro" of a contract. The U.S.Constitution describes the political/legal structure and functionality of the government that earned "the consent of the governed".
The American Bible
Whichpresented the "authority" and its "Precepts" for establishing a new and separate Country.
The American response to the "false gods" of Biblical religions, which pretend to protect their congregation's souls by claiming to speak for God.
TheAmerican Bible provides a "Bridge" between the man-made God of Religions and what the Founding Fathers saw as the obvious God of Science.

ameliorated for the 21st Century
The U.S. Government and subordinate governments will maintain and sustain a level playing field, while providing an equitable distribution of services for all citizens, as evidenced by — “Matters of Fact” 1) Easy access to an impartial legal system for settling disputes between citizens and -- their government, special interests, or other citizens.
After 2007, every bank and regulated lending institution in the USA had breached their contracts with their borrowers and effectively forfeited their Right to foreclose. Unfortunately, homeowners didn't know what they didn't know. Their ownership position could have been protected by the 7th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. Homeowner protection is still available.
2) Equal access to affordable preparation for successful participation in the 21st Century American workforce. 3) Fair Value Taxing — Taxes supported by Return On Investment (ROI), Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA), Opportunity/Cost Considerations (O/P), and the U.S. Constitution.
4)Consistency of rules and regulations that affect the lives of U.S. citizens across the USA.
5)Preservation of merit-based vertical mobility -- socially and economically.
6)The delineation, competent management and effective maintenance of America's Natural Resources, National Resources, and Common Environments.
7)Equal access to America's Natural Resources, National Resources, Common Lands and Seas.
8)The Federal government pursuing National interests that are in the "best" interests of U.S. citizens.
9)The Federal government preserving America's Promise and Promises as described by our Founding Fathers.
10)America's Promise ameliorated: "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness" are God-given rights that neither governments nor religious institutions may infringe, impinge or deny to the People.
